Friendly staff and good Zalads

I absolutely LOVE Zaxby's, but the service at the Winchester location is awful. Had to wait for 20 minutes for a 4 piece tender meal and i was the only one waiting. The tenders were so small, it was well not worth the price or wait. The fries did not even have seasoning on them. Then they didn't even give me my ranch for my celery. At least my toast was not dry. The pictures are for sure false advertisement.

I always liked zaxbys but the past few times in Winchester have been terrible. The service is absolutely atrocious. The tenders I don't know if they switched or what. I remember them being good and nice portioned sizes but lately they have been dry and very small. I had canes chicken this past weekend in MS and wow they made zaxbys look terrible.i tried zaxbys tonight again and well it was disappointing and not well prepared food. This chain is going to lose the great rating they had if it gets any worse its becoming over priced for the food quality and beginning to lean more towards being like a Macdonald's with the quality.
